Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and delicate nature of our candles, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery by email and include:

.Clear photos of the damaged product
.Photos of the original packaging
Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or a refund, depending on availability and your preference.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Custom & Personalized Orders
All custom or personalized candles are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
